From November 2020 the World Heritage Site Office of the Municipality of Florence and MUS.E Association propose an online initiative named “ART AT HOME”. The new digital offer aim to bring art and culture of the historic Centre of Florence, World Heritage Site from 1982, into the homes of many people. “Art at home” aim to offering the art and culture of the city of Florence each Tuesday for viewers to enjoy at home.
This calendar, composed by 5 digital initiatives, is to reinforce the capitalization activities of the AtlaS.WH project realized by Florence and to reach as many students and adults as possible. A series of online initiatives to bring art and culture into citizen’s homes.
Florence embraced the web as a tool for encouraging audience participation, also to spread and disseminate the obljectives of AtlaS.WH project.
The project is also dedicate to the correlation between the city museums and the historic center of Florence World Heritage Site. The online dialogue invites all of you to walk ideally around the city from the past to the future, discover its views over the centuries.
The first appointment will be on Tuesday the 24^th of November at 18:00.
